I am excited to launch The Next Play, combining my love of the game of basketball with my passion for leadership training and development, coaching, and youth sports. I will offer basketball camps and clinics, leadership training and development workshops, coaches clinics, and youth sports seminars for kids and families. The concept of The Next Play is something I talked about with my teams often and also something I try to live by everyday myself. Learning from mistakes and failures and utilizing them to make the next play your best play, and I’m excited to help instill that in student-athletes and youth sports leaders the best I can.

I spent 15 years working in education, including the last seven years of my professional career at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan, CT, where I worked in athletics, college counseling, and student life. I also served as the Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, where we saw tremendous success, winning six Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) Championships, we were selected to the NEPSAC Tournament all six years, winning one New England Championship in 2023. I compiled a 151-18 record during my tenure at St. Luke’s, winning NEPSAC Class B Coach of the Year awards in 2020 and 2023. We also saw a number of student-athletes on our teams move on to compete at the collegiate level in Division I, II, and III.

I have spent the past year at home with my family, and I’m excited to get back into working in education and coaching basketball this fall, while launching The Next Play.

I graduated from Union College (NY) in 2008 with a B.A. in Sociology, and received my M.A. in Sport Leadership from Northeastern University in 2010.
